I think it’s possible that neither Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon, and Nicholas Cage would get Oscar nominations without S&E’s support.
Ouch. Yes, Cage won for that role, but to hear them rant about him is kinda funny, since today he is a bit of a punchline for someone who has made countless bad choices, and today is far from being considered a great actor.
Its great to get back to watching these. Its been a few years since I caught up with the latest videos. Such a great site and I for one really appreciate its existence. Anyway, it strikes me as sad to watch this 1996 ep knowing the Gene had only 3 years left to live.
