They were waaaaaaaaaaay off the scale with this one, Beverly Hills Cop is a real action comedy classic and while Beverly Hills Cop II was very good, Beverly Hills Cop III was very disappointing.
I know I said that Eddie Murphy redeemed that movie and in some ways he did. But I think some of their criticisms were valid, especially considering that Beverly Hills Cop was originally intended for Slyvester Stallone. Eddie Murphy was brought in at the last minute and it shows.
