    The fact that they’re all speaking mostly English in Schindler’s List makes the film feel inauthentic to me.

      Just because it is in English doesn’t mean to say it is inauthentic.

    Not to quibble, Mr. Jameson, but they aren’t speaking English, they’re speaking German. It’s translated for us by the film. Thousands of movies have done that, and to suggest that they’re automatically inauthentic because we aren’t hearing the original language is, well, a somewhat inauthentic argument. Is there something wrong with books translated from a foreign language, too?
