They didn’t mention who produced Solarbabies-Mel Brooks!
As to Little Shop, the three black women were in the stage musical, although there they acted more with the main characters. And the ending was changed due to audiences not liking it then. Wonder how Siskel and Ebert would feel about seeing the original ending now?
I liked the theater version more than the director’s cut of Little Shop of Horrors.
Yeah, the ending from the stage didn’t work. As a matter of fact, in college in 1995 we did this show and I hated the ending because I wasn’t expecting it. Had to look at this film in order to feel better.
Oh man, Gene REALLY missed out on Heartbreak Ridge. Love my Eastwood! Disagree strongly.
