Can someone help me on the date of this show? Is the spelling correct for the guy interviewing Roger and Gene?

The guy’s name is Matias Bombal, and the year is 1992. I only know this because the complete footage (where you can actually hear what he said about Ebert) has been posted by Bombal on Youtube.
